Trafalgar School for Girls is a member in good standing of both the Quebec Association of Independent Schools (QAIS) and the Canadian Accredited Independent Schools (CAIS), Canada’s national association and accrediting body for independent schools. CAIS’s recent re-accrediation of Trafalgar (August, 2010) provides objective confirmation of the high quality of our programs and staff, and identifies the Trafalgar “spirit” they observed here as “a very real, defining feature of the school.”
Trafalgar is also a member of the National Coalition of Girls Schools, a leading advocate for girls’ education with a distinct commitment to the transformative power of all-girls schools.
Trafalgar is the Canadian representative to the World School Forum. This two week, international forum invites delegates from twenty-four countries to discuss a common theme and learn about our cultural differences.
Trafalgar’s students participate in the Duke of Edinburgh Awards Program and are recognized for their efforts at School Closing and Graduation Ceremonies each year in June.
