Dr. Hewlin’s research focuses on how organization members and leaders engage in authentic expression.  She looks forward to sharing insights with parents on how to achieve optimal expressions of authenticity that promote personal well-being within and outside of one’s work environment. She will also discuss key behaviours associated with authentic leadership, and ways to nurture a spirit of authenticity for oneself and others.
