Senior High
At Trafalgar, girls in Grades 9, 10, and 11 (Sec. III, IV, and V as they are known in Quebec) are referred to as Senior students.
As they begin to stretch their wings, these young women will have opportunities to explore more areas of interest through options courses.
and take on responsibilities in clubs and co-curricular activities.
Whether they’re taking the lead in the Senior play, or leading the charge on the flag football field, our Senior girls have countless opportunities to build character, and shape the person they will become.
Throughout her Senior School years, students are supported by a caring advisor, and will also receive advice about post-secondary pathways from Traf's Academic Counsellor .
Post-Secondary Destinations
Trafalgar graduates go on to study in the wide variety of programs offered by both private and public CEGEPs in Quebec, or at schools in other Canadian provinces, the United States, and abroad.
Most then continue on directly to university (McGill, Queen’s, and Oxford Universities are some recent examples) but some choose to expand their horizons through travel, community service, or by interning or working in a particular area of interest.
