GMAA BASKETBALL CHAMPIONS
On February 27, our juvenile basketball team faced Laurier MacDonald in the semi-finals of the GMAA playoffs. The team fought hard and took the win (40-23). The following day, our team faced Vincent Massey in the finals. The gym was filled with spectators and the excitement roared throughout the school. Their hard work, teamwork, and determination paid off, and with a 51-19 win they have become the GMAA basketball division 4.2 champions!
Congratulations Tigers!!! A special congratulations to Lucy who was named MVP of the game and a special thank you to Mrs. Cook and Klein for coaching and leading the team to victory. Thank you as well to our dedicated scorekeepers for helping out throughout the basketball season.

Le 27 février, notre équipe de basket-ball juvénile a affronté Laurier MacDonald en demi-finale des séries éliminatoires de la GMAA. L'équipe s'est battue avec acharnement et a remporté la victoire (40-23). Le lendemain, notre équipe a affronté Vincent Massey en finale. Le gymnase était rempli de spectateurs et l'excitation régnait dans toute l'école. Leur travail acharné, leur esprit d'équipe et leur détermination ont porté leurs fruits et, avec une victoire de 51 à 19, elles sont devenues les championnes de la division 4.2 de la GMAA !
Félicitations aux Tigres ! Nous félicitons tout particulièrement Lucy Wood, qui a été nommée joueuse la plus utile du match et nous remercions tout particulièrement Mme Cook et Mme Klein d'avoir entraîné et mené l'équipe à la victoire. Merci également à nos dévoués marqueurs de points pour leur aide tout au long de la saison de basket.
