Last weekend, Melina B, Sarah C and Zoë S, discussed key issues in the Syrian Civil War, representing Qatar, Turkey, and Russia, respectively. Meanwhile Sophia F, in the role of producer Metro Boomin, helped her Crisis committee “Hip-Hop Rivalry at the Superbowl” determine which star - Kendrick Lamar or Drake - would be chosen to perform. And in her committee, DISEC (Disarmament and International Security Committee), Victoria B discussed the rise of autonomous weapon systems. Congratulations to all participants! Model United Nations Staff advisor Ms. Fainsilber would like to recognize Melina B and Zoë S for participating in their first MUN event and offer special congratulations to Victoria B who shone as Russia, winning a gavel and the Best Delegate Award in DISEC! DCMUN - Le week-end dernier, Melina B, Sarah C et Zoë S, représentant respectivement le Qatar, la Turquie et la Russie, ont discuté des questions clés de la guerre civile syrienne. Pendant ce temps, Sophia F, dans le rôle du producteur Metro Boomin, a aidé sa commission de crise « Hip-Hop Rivalry at the Superbowl » à déterminer quelle star - Kendrick Lamar ou Drake - serait choisie pour se produire. Dans sa commission DISEC (Disarmament and International Security Committee), Victoria B a discuté de la montée en puissance des systèmes d'armes autonomes. Félicitations à tous les participants! La conseillère de Model United Nations, Mme Fainsilber, tient à féliciter Melina B et Zoë S pour leur première participation à un événement MUN, ainsi que Victoria B, qui a brillé en tant que représentante de la Russie, en remportant un marteau et le prix de la meilleure déléguée au sein du comité DISEC!
